For the past several days, when I get to this site or navigate it on my laptop, I get a message saying the site closed unexpectedly or can't be reached and I have to reload the page a good number of times before it loads. But when I get to this site on my phone - not via an app - I have no issues. Is there a problem here on the site?

FOr me, i keep getting a "resource limit reached".. Whether i've cleared cookies, or not.
