Remember that time between AotC and RotS when Lucas had instructed publishing that Anakin was promoted to Knight late in the Clone Wars and that he never had his own padawan because that made the most sense with respect to the live action films? But then after RotS Lucas crammed three years Clone Wars of continuity into the first month after AotC, thus making Anakin nonsensically promoted to Knight soon after he suffered the trauma of his mother dying in his arms (and Yoda felt this extreme pain across the galaxy)? And the Jedi Council also nonsensically assigned this troubled new knight his own padawan a few days later? And Dave Filoni didn't do anything but say, "Yes, boss."? Remember that?
