Well, there is apparently a lot I don't know.
Give me some links and I can take a look at things. |

If you liked my update of the 1E Tactics rules, it would be pretty easy to just combine Sokan and Trakata as a single Lightsaber Tactics skill, too... |
Almost forgot about Sokan. I was thinking about ways to incorporate it just the other day.
I'm pretty sure I've asseted similar notions concerning tactics on these very foums.
It's now on the short list. |

Honestly, I'll defer to you on that Whill. I see how it woupd fit in tech, but I figured it could fit here as well since it covers the 7 forms. When I posted I wasn't sure where to put it, and I figured this forum was "more generic" in nature, so I chose here. Either is fine with me. |

The forms, and the Force. I agree with your decision to put the threads here in House Rules. It's not all technological, and there were no stickies already here.
What I would like to eventually see is for you to edit an index into the OP of the main thread with links to go straight to the start of the major topics of the thread (at least). When you feel your lightsaber thread is getting close to a final form (no rush, whenever that may be), it would also be nice if we could turn the thread into a PDF that all fans of the world SW D6 community can download. _________________ *

Okay. Is there a link/tutorial on how to link direct to a post? I actually tried to do that yesterday, but didn't see a straight forward method. I know CRM has done it.... |

Look for the orange page tab just to the left of the word Posted in the upper left corner of the post you want to link. Click on it, and it will open that post with the post’s URL in the web address box. Right click that, then Select All, then Copy, then paste the URL into the following code: <Link text here> _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Okay, here is a test run.
I've updated the post on grips to include various styles of lightsaber.
I also added prices and assembly difficulties for the various components here |

Apparently the icon only shows up in orange on an iPhone, but whatever. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.

It seems to do it based on whether you've viewed that particular post on a particular device.
For example, I first viewed your reply on my tablet, and the page tab was orange. I hit reload, and when it reloaded, the page tab turned white. I then opened the same post on my iPhone and it was orange again. There may be some syncing between shared devices, but there is apparently some lag. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Right before replying, the little tabs on all of your posts were orange. However, this is the first time I'm seeing them in orange. When I read CRM's tutorial, all the tabs were white. Nevertheless, it was enough info to get the gist of what to do.
I suspect that the tabs will be white after I hit "submit." |

I switch up depending on whether I'm home or on the road, and on how much idle time I have available (tablet comes out if I'm sitting somewhere for a while). _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
