It's a called shot. Not sure the exact size of a Jawa's head, but I'd have to say it's probably under 10 cm long. Absolutely over the 1 cm mark. So that's +4D to the difficulty to hit. Course I could be wrong and it's over 10 cm, which is only +1D to the difficulty. Point-blank would probably be more likely to throw out the called shot difficulty, little more difficult to miss at point-blank range, though not impossible. Still, the increased difficulty wouldn't make the headshot my personal choice unless I took the time to aim and had maybe 5D or more in some ranged skill.
Steering back to the original subject matter and tieing in the pic, I'm thinking the creator of that machine had (A)Engineering: armor, (A)Engineering: droid, or (A)Engineering: walker. Or maybe a combination of any two or all three. It looks like a droid body turned into a walker or some kind of powersuit armor. So they'd have at least 4D in armor repair if it's classified as armor, 5D in droid repair (as it looks like the Jawa has it's hand's on a steering yoke I don't think there'd be a need to program it so no droid programming) if it's classified as a droid, and 4D in walker repair if it's classified as a walker. _________________ FLUFFY for President!!!!

I would put a jawa's head at anywhere between 8 to 13 inches in size. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |
