Personally, I've run it in one of my games, and I used the rules as written from the Specforce handbook. It really didn't overpower anything when we ran it, and it was actually a pretty interesting mechanic for the player who never touched a blaster the whole campaign. It was all martial arts and melee weapons. _________________ __________________________________

That would certainly add an interesting mechanic. One of my Jedi players was considering being a member of the kung fu style Jedi, but decided he wanted a lightsaber, so didn't want to spread around his combat skills. |
