				| Well, two out of three Star Wars PC games are a "must buy" for me (and in the words of Meat Loaf: Two out of three ain't bad). And this game is looking pretty sweet. The only thing that worries me a bit is the range of scope this game will have, and how it will be able to deal with it coherently. I mean, in this game we are going to be able to control from a puny single stormtrooper to a Super Star Destroyer, that's quite a big range.... | |

				| Wow this game looks sweet! Let's see, we've got the space battles from Star Wars: Rebellion and the ground battles from Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds together in one game. Everything is to scale and the graphics are beautiful! Yup... "Must buy" material here.
By the way... I've always been a fan of the Lone Scout. My first and most favorite PC was a scout who had one named Lightning Talon

				| I've heard SW: Galaxies stinks so I've never bothered. Though at a $20 price tag I've been pondering it.
This game sure looks pretty, I just hope the gameplay lives up to the graphics (and that I can run it on my rig!)

I've been having a lot of fun lately playing around with making custom scenarios for Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds (and the Clone campaigns addon), myself.

To me, the best Star Wars games remain KOTOR and the X-Wing / TIE-Fighter series (excluding XvT with its goony physics and some parts of TIE-Fighter with its goony superfighters).

				| I played Galaxies for about a year. I quit shortly before Jump to Lightspeed came out because I got sick of the "XP treadmill." It just stopped being fun.
By the way, you know KOTOR is based on the evil D20 system, right?

				| Yeah, I'm aware. What was sad was that the game could've been far more flexible with WEG's old D6 system and probably easier on the programmers as well. They certainly wouldn't have had to implement the Feat trees, for one thing.
But anyway, it was still a wonderful game.

				| Thanks for posting, Ray! That's very cool to see a pic showing a new angle for that ship! _________________

				| At's why I did it, Loc.
IIRC, someone was talking about doing some drawings of it or something similar, and I was thinking that this might help.

Mainly because I'm planning on stealing one for my Pilots character... Seeing as he's now got a phobia of Z-95 Headhunters, and all an X-Wing is, is a Headhunter all grown up.

				| I tried Galexies, it was too slow and people spent almost all there time doing the same thing just for the sake of XP. Not too mention there's very little Role Playing in it. Plus any game where a guy in normal armor holding a standard Stormtrooper Rifle can take out an AT-ST is not for me, he even got shot by it a bunch of times. Thats about when I stopped playing. _________________
