The Auralnauts Star Wars Saga is hands down one of the greatest gag-dubs ever done.
The story of a bunch of drug-addicted ravers terrorizing Sith businesses is amazingly engaging and dramatic.

Reportedly there was a scene where the Rebels trap a wampa in a room in Echo Base, which didn't make it into the final movie. (Which really makes me wonder about the original script, which must have been quite different to have any point for such a scene.)
