It is a sad day. I regret to announce that Daniel Scott Palter has passed away.
Scott Palter was founder of West End Games who published the Ghostbusters RPG built on the proto-D6 game system. Palter secured additional funding from his family to go after and acquire the Star Wars game license. After George Lucas for creating the Star Wars franchise, Palter is the man most responsible for our beloved WEG Star Wars RPG.
The Force is with us.
Condolences to Scott's family and friends.
