Redone, revised, and rewritten advantages and disadvantages

Disadvantages look decent now.. Though how do you 'run going into CP debt'?

Easy, if they go say 5 CP into debt, they can't spend/use CP until they gain the 5 CP to pay off the debt.

The final edit is in the original posts. I just edited them with the changes that were made.

No. Only if they circumvent a disadvantage during gameplay through some means. Mainly this is to help balance those worries we had about players taking the handicapped disadvantage to some extent and then using cybernetics in game to "work around" the disadvantage and making it moot. At that point, the disadvantage immediately becomes "bought off", and they have to pay the CP cost right then. If they don't have enough, they go into debt by the amount that they are missing in order to pay it off.

Most GMs can nip this problem in the bud before it happens (well the surgeon says that you are ineligible for cybernetic surgery, sorry), but I figured I would write it in to help those GMs that aren't as assertive or don't pay attention to such things.

Do have a question - I thought this was going to be included in the REUP?

Figured it might included as a GM option - either way - consider this a bump as support - I like it and we plan to include it from now on.
