Mail Cart
A mid-range repulsor van used by planetary posts and private couriers. Boxy, reliable, and easy to wrench on, it has lockable bins, route beacons, and a cheerful chime that announces deliveries—unless you flip the stealth toggle and run dark. Drivers like the high perch and wide mirrors; thieves hate the bin interlocks that re-lock after three failed attempts.

Story hook. On the night route through the undercity, the cart’s scanner flags a “do not deliver” packet already inside a sealed bin—inserted by someone with master credentials. Opening it triggers a silent recall, drawing highwaymen in municipal work vests to “service” the vehicle. The PCs can run the gauntlet to a safe drop, reverse-track the forged credentials to a crooked dispatcher, or turn the tables by using the cart’s route-planner to set an ambush at a false loading bay |
