Some months ago I bought back six star wars second edion books (italian translation) and did a one-shot using SpaceBalls house rules. Soon I will master a one-shot with Expanded Universe background (12ABY) and I hope to start a campaign too.
I painted several West End Games Star Wars miniatures and I will include some pictures soon. |

Hello everyone! I'm Ihsan, I'm from New Mexico, and I've been a Star Wars fan for almost as long as I can remember. I wasn't alive for the original trilogy but my mother took me to see The Phantom Menace in theaters when I was very young and I've been a fan since.
I've actually never played a Star Wars TTRPG but my wife surprised me with the reprinted slipcase set of the 1st edition rpg a while back. It was an amazing gift! I love everything about this game and I've been trying to learn all I can about it. Sadly, my IRL friends are the type that refuse to play anything but D&D/Pathfinder. I'm hoping to run this game for them one day. |

I'm glad the registration worked, and welcome to the Pit! You're wife is very cool. If your friends won't play Star Wars, hopefully they will at least switch completely to Pathfinder.
Please note we have a dedicated forum to First Edition. You will find a lot of helpful info about 1e there.

After lurking for a while, I've learned that most players tend to use the 2nd edition R&E rules and so I picked up that book as well. |
