Whats the general opinion on Sims? Star Wars Sims have typically been combat driven (hence the war 'sim'); just curious if you group in with PbP
or does it fit into a seperate category?

Are you asking if PbP games are like simulation games?

Some are, some aren't. They're table top games, being played on a messageboard. If they resemble a simulation, it's due to the GM's style or choice... but they don't have to be anything like a sim.
