If I was using Feed on Force, then yeah, you'd have to spend CPs or FPs..
But if I was using Tap Force, I can yank them straight out of you without you spending them 
As for pulling them out of vong Biotech/creatures.. I'm guessing that Vong will sigh and shake his head  |

Man those abilities are nasty.
I'm hoping most of the Vong we face wont have force points or character points anyway (as most NPCs don't) so it'd only be the more significant Vong we face (IE the on times we really need it) that have anything to steal.
