What are your favorite standart blaster?
I know something similar have been asked before, but i thought it would be fun to make a poll.
So, what do you prefer, and why? |

Blaster Rifle for me. It's got quite a kick at 5D and very good range. Plus if it's an E-11 it's quite compact and has that useful folding stock for aimed shots. |

Personally I love the light repeating blaster rifle!
It is powerful, fast, intimidating and have long range.
If you add a bayonet you also have a decent melee weapon. |

I like plain ol blaster pistols. Sure they don't do as much damage as the heavier weapons, but you can't beat 'em for style points. Plus you can double up without losing coolness points or coming across as a rambo wannabe psychopath. |

I am also partial to the blaster rifle, especially the Blastech E-11 and Soro-Suub Stormtrooper 1 models for the same reason Gry Sarth stated. _________________ "Dig it. Who's the man? I'm the man. I'm a bad man. How bad? Real bad. I'm a 12.0 on the 10.0 scale of badness." The Evil Midnight Bomber

Blaster Carbine: Even shorter than a Blaster Rifle, yet still has good range and stopping power.
And the Starslasher can be packed in a crate for YEARS and it's sights will still be set right! |

An everyday 'ol blaster pistol can be concealed under your coat and gives you a decent range. _________________ Know Jesus, Know Peace.

If coolness: The Hold-Out Blaster. Little, easier to hide then the normal Blaster Pistol and is just plain cool.
If In-Game: The Heavy Blaster pistol. You lose the annoying fire rate and it gives damage like a Blaster Rifle. It cheap too! (Cheaper then a Rifle and Carbine, anyways). |

Chello!
I went with light repeating rifle.....my fav model is the ESPO riot gun from Han Solo and the CSA Sourcebook, p. 117. 5D+1/shot, 6 shots/roundand hit hit reduces difficulty of the next shot...lol.

I personally like the Blaster Carbine, because it does decent damage but isn't as bulky as a Blaster Rifle. However, most of my characters are Jedi, so they'll usually only use them when they're starting out so they have half a chance in battle until they get some stats built up under them... |

I have a few blasters I like for style. I have always liked the classic E-11 Stormtrooper standard issue blaster rifle for look. Something about it just catches my eye. My other favorite is the seemingly common Blastech DH-17 (which pops up a lot in the movies). I like the sleek look of the DH-17. _________________ "There's a set way to gain new Force Points and it represents a very nice system, where you're rewarded for heroism, not for being a poor conductor to electricity." ~Jachra |

I have to concur with Kage on the looks of the E-11. It just looks purty! |
