I could live with that explanation. Loose something in process. And with the whole chaotic mind, I can understand what you are trying to do with PER stat.

The other question was why 4D+2 STR and not 5D which is defnitely superior to a normal Human where +2 seems meagerly so?

Could be 5D STR, I was uncertain between the two and eventually went with 4D+2, but either way is fine.

Uhm one other thing a Cyborg A^6 gives +1D to all KNOW attribute and skill checks. How about making their advance brains do the same and adding +1D to all TECH attribute and skill checks and removing the double all starting dice expenditure. This would give them something to defnitely put them on par with the TECH and KNOW races out there, but not as powerful as the Verpint +2D
