That's terrible! There must be some kind of hard reset procedure- have you contacted the manufacturer?

No, not yet. Waiting to contain my rage first. Smile

Honestly the bluray set wasn't exactly breath taking, now they're doing the push to 3D, which I hate anyway. I almost always get a headache in 3D pictures, even when I have good seats.
