I would say whichever personality is in control rolls to resist. The other is irrelevant. But, tommorow, the other personality may be in charge and the roll to resist would be different.
Though, this might be a lot more interesting if the interrogator, not the victim in the example given, is the one with the split personality (with force powers, sometimes). I think such a situation would quickly descent to the dark side, because the "not in control" personality would still get darkside points from the "in control" personality. Although there are two personalities, they are both of the same person.
Perhaps it would explain the madness Sith who play around with force spirits always seem to descend into? ...because they're not the same person.
