Coming back around to this, I'm thinking the solution is to use the Cover rules combined with Terrain Modifiers. Any given type of Terrain would offer anywhere from no cover to Full Cover, and would give the same bonuses to avoid Sensor Detection as it would to avoid being hit. Of course, the Terrain Difficulty would go up more and more as the cover increased, which would require either slower flying or higher skill level from the pilots... _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
