Exactly. That was the problem that Hethrir's troops ran into in the climax of the Crystal Star.
On a related note, what would be a good security system for a lightsaber? Maybe a biometric grip, so that only the Jedi who is keyed to the saber can activate it? _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. I could see a Jedi with a high enough computer programming/repair to make a biometric lightsaber grip. In fact... hmmm... nothing like electroshock to the poor guy who tries to activate it. _________________ RR

Just be sure you never want your Padawan to use your lightsaber to defeat that Sith that killed you. |

I have actually seen a few PC's in our Sparks group go that route.. biometrics on the hilt to prevent another person using it. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

WotC!? WotC!? Blasphemy! DEATH to d20! Notify Rebel Security there may be an Imperial spy among us.
My Jedi's kightsaber had a switch which could only be activated with a very easy TK roll. Of course, only he knew it was there. How could another Jedi use it if he didn't know it was there? _________________ Know Jesus, Know Peace.

WOTC did release other games than their knock off Star Wars. The difficulties do not change cross genre, it's the same in D20 modern, D&D, or any other of their products. _________________ RR

Have the internal on off coded. Maybe a lock like on cell phone screens now. I do like the lightsaber combat turns it on.
But how would han use it in cold weather?

Downstrike wrote: | But how would hanuse it in cold weather? | Han couldn't. Therefore obviously Anakin didn't include that feature in his lightsaber because if he had, then Luke wouldn't have survived the night on Hoth, which he (Luke) did. |
