(OOC: In three rounds the speeder will reach the winged creature traveling at cruising speed. In one round those with a pulse-wave rifle and whoever borrows Reylan's will have a long range shot on the creature. No one has a target until then. Roth now has danger sense up.)

Reylan tosses the rifle into the back and returns both hands to the stick. He keeps the pace constant, keeping an eye out for trouble.

Ali takes Reylan's rifle, moves to the other side of the truck, kneels down, braces the rifle on the side of the truck, and aims at the forward/middle section of the creature's left wing.

(OOC: The creature is now in long range of the pulse-wave rifles. As for what it looks like, All you can see from this range is a winged creature with two heads; both droids mistook it for a starship when they first saw it so you know it's a large creature. All PCs can now see there's something or someone on top of it. The speeder truck will reach the creature in two rounds.)

Target within maximum range. Optimal firing range not yet reached. Damage 84% likely to be inconsquential to target creature due to target creatures mass without being able to target areas of specific vulnerability. Creature is being ridden. Rider more likely to be suseptable to pulse wave weaponry but also has a lower threat rating than the creature. Additionally the creatures death should injure or inconvenience the rider. Course of action: Continue to target areas of likely vulnerability on the creature and open fire when creature reaches optimum range.

The KAWD continues to brace itself against the cab, keeping the rifle trained on the creatures likely areas of vulnerability.

Reylan does his best to judge its wingspan, he prepares to move closer to the cliff wall to make sure he is closer then the length of the creatures wing to make it near impossible for it to attack them.

Reylan

Reylan makes the risky move of moving from ten meters away to just five meters from the canyon wall. At the speed he's driving at, a mistake could cause the speeder truck to crash into the wall.

KAWD, Ailyn, Ali

The three gunners take careful aim on the creature. As they aim the speeder truck continues to reduce the range to target, giving them a medium range shot. The three open fire, each a second after the other with Ali firing first, their shots striking the beast in three different spots. At the same time they see a bolt from Giric's crossbow strike and rebound off the creature. Only Ali's shot seem's to phase the creature, it acts as if none of the other shots had any effect on it.

Daevon

Daevon watches as those with ranged weapons open fire on the creature. It gives a slight shudder from the first shot on it but otherwise he sees no effects.

(OOC: One more round to reach the creature. The creature is only stunned.)

Reylan shuts everything out except for the creature, and the canyon wall. He concentrates soley on piloting the craft and keeping it safe. He wants to make sure the creature has to hit the wall to preform a swooping attack, so will venture even closer if needed.

ooc: dunno if i can do Concentration + piloting, but if so, do it. CPs to make the roll

Fire inneffective, change target and repeat. Co-ordination may assist with damage

"This unit is targeting the left eye of the left head co-ordinate fire on my mark."

[This unit is targeting quadrent 004576 on the flying creature. The blast will proceed along vector 57 and will be fired in exactly 3.82 seconds. Co-ordinate fire for added effect.]

The KAWD quickly shifts it's target, gives the signal to fire and fires at the creature's left head's left eye when it enters short range.

OOC: I had intended to wait until short range to fire,however it's probably better to fire earlier and know we need co-ordination to bring this thing down.

OOC2: Command for group fire (character points if needed) and then shooting the creature right in it's eye (called shot for extra damage, character points if needed)

OOC3: If the KAWD's dicepool is insufficient for co-ordinating fire and taking a shot even with character points then the KAWD will just announce it's target and fire with no command attempt. I'm a little fuzzy on how command works and what sort of dicepool would be needed to co-ordinate 3-4 individuals.
