Would the registrant with the requested usernames of EarlDumarest, IthorianSpiceMerchant, and Hammerhead1970 please cease and desist requesting a new registration with the same existing email address. If you cannot recover your existing account, then your only option is to request a new registration with a different email address. If you continue to attempt to register with the same email address, I will have no choice but to treat it as spam and block that email address.
As a suggestion, create a google account. It may send Rancor Pit emails to Spam, but you can receive and access them to complete the registration process (and receive PM notifications once registration is complete).
