Cautious speed

So is there an official rule for what cautious speed is on a ship with a cruising speed of an odd number? Aka - 7 which would be 3.5. Would it be 3 or 4? Thanks.

Less than Space would be in definable units of measure, so you certainly could have half-meters, etc. RAW doesn't say to round, so for species with a Move of 7, I would say Cautious Movement would be 3.5m.

Space movement with its nebulous space units however does state to round...

At the top right of p.123, the author of R&E wrote:
Cautious Movement: This is a very slow movement: the ship goes up to half its Space. Round up. (A ship with a Space of nine would move up to five units.)

There it is, a plain-as-day rule and example. Do you not have access to a copy of R&E? Shocked
