So my son sent me a message from school that they had a Star Wars trivia contest in study hall today. He won with a perfect score. But not only that – The second place kid got only one wrong: Who shot first? I guess this kid was upset about it and tried to argue that Greedo shot first, so he apparently was unaware that for the first 20 years of the film's existence, Greedo never shot at all.
And kudos to the teacher who had the correct answer, Han shot first. That is the version of the scene my son saw first, and he remembered.
