If you really wanted to weaponize this, it should be a narrow cone of light instead of a beam. Tom Clancy utilized something like this in Debt of Honor, where it was used to "shoot down" a couple planes during their landing approach by blinding the pilots. When used at Short Range (in the hallway of an apartment building) the light was actually intense enough to cause stun damage. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Yes, but a narrow cone will be much easier to keep on target, so long as the light level is intense enough. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
