I was totally kidding. Making it seem as though the comparison was to all the worst traits that people often poke fun of about the stereotypical Walmart greeter.
Pay me no mind. _________________ __________________________________

Sometimes, sarcasm and humor dosnt translate onto the internet quite the way it does in person. |

Sorry, cheshire. You are so often a voice of reason and moderation here that your sarcasm was a bit too subtle for me.
I recall reading somewhere that various proponents of English grammar have suggested adding a "sarcasm mark" to the various forms of punctuation, so that written sarcasm could not be mistaken for anything else... _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. I really hope they dont. I'd miss all the awkward online applogies. |

Now that would be the most used 'mark' on my work ... I've even caught myself slipping sarcasm into my masters work and have to be careful to not use it in my Sunday School lessons ... _________________ "And so I am become a knight of the Kingdom of Dreams and Shadows!" - Mark Twain

Hey there, all. I've long wanted to join these forums, and have browsed through them occasionally in the past.
Have played the game a few times over the years, and last year started up a new campaign that I'm really excited about. I'll be posting more about it, and hopefully getting some questions answered occasionally as well.
Looking forward to interacting with you fine folks. The d6 system rocks! 8) |

Thanks, Guardian! (love that name; it's also the name of our superhero team in my campaign I've been running for 22 years!)
I've already seen a few people on these forums from around the Seattle/Tacoma area. I think this area is loaded with gamers; we're almost spoiled in that regard (at least compared to some places).
I'm up a bit north from your old stomping grounds. Unincorporated Snohomish County, Lynnwood area. |

A superhero game? What system are you running?
I know the area, I used to have some friends from around there.
Yeah, I know what you mean about a lot of gamers in the area. I never realized how spoiled I was until I moved to the midwest. Its taken me quite a few years, but at least I have a small but reliable group to play with now. There are currently three of us who meet every week, and four more that are hit and miss. |

| V&V (Villains and Vigilantes). Been playing it since about 1982, and our current campaign started up in December of 1990. |
