| It means if you have less then the normel crew, but at least 1 Pilot, to all difficulties for manovers 10 are addied.
and with less crew you can`t fly the ship. |

| Hi,
your second question is easy, the rulebook says that you get your medicine-skill on top of your first aid. But medicine starts with 0D and cost 2x the normel caracterpoints to improve. |
