It would be great if there were a section specifically for the Miniatures Battles rules, especially since they're somewhat compatible with the RPG rules.

Hi TheDoctor. Thanks for posting, I hadn't really thought much about miniatures. Would anyone else like a section for Miniatures Battles here on the boards?

It seems reasonable if there is support for it. There are a handful of WEG books and several supplements in the Adventure Journals. Though, I'm not sure how many people here play it.

Messed around with it a bit, never got into it but I could dig it out and see if I remember it. Always seemed like a great game where you could build your heroes and troops how you wanted

I just recently started playing the X-Wing miniatures game by Fantasy Flight. It, of course, bears no relation to our game, except for being in the SWU. However, I don't think we should overlook it, given its popularity.

Maybe if we had a board to talk about these games, we could generate more traffic, if more traffic would be good for us.

I'm looking for the black, starscape background tiles that are supposed to come out for FFG's X-wing game, as I think they'll be excellent for our game (when I use ship counters, being as I lost my cool black, starscape map).

I like the idea of including a section for miniatures games, as they can contribute to rpg sessions. I've created one for Star Wars Miniatures Battles and one for Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures Game.
