Rancorpitbooks looking for a few good (and bad) Wrestlers!

Come join the Pan Galactic Float Wrestling Syndicate! A mix between Crouching tiger hidden dragon and the WWE.

As part of the RancorpitBooks Cantina Guide we will have a section on games and events that are held in Casinos, bars etc.

The Pan Galactic Float Wrestling Syndicate is a low gravity wrestling tournament that is filled with wild characters and even wilder wrestling moves. Wrestlers can be thrown farther, jump higher and have midair conflicts. Think kinda of Spiderman wrestling in the first movie.

What we are looking for is the motley crew that does the wrestling. Tapping into the creative (and sometimes twisted minds) of the rancor pit forums we will be able to get a much greater variety.

PS: On a side note, I've been working on the locations section ofthe project this last week. Nothing completed yet, but I have two of them about half completed. If all goes well, I'll have some time on Friday to complete at least one.

NOTE: Thannas's illict substance dependancy has started to have an affect on his wrestling. If he hasnt had a fix in the last 8 hours, he suffers -1D to all rolls. At 24 hours, he suffers -2D to all rolls and has no interest in ANYTHING but getting his next fix.

Physical Description:
Thannas is heavily muscled Rodian, every movement he makes speaks of the sheer strength he possesses. Making him even more imposing is his massive ammount of cybernetics dominating the left half of his body, including his entire left arm and part of his face. Where his left eye would be is a glowing red cybernetic implant.

Background:
Thannas grew up in an orphanage, getting by with sheer meanness. Having grown up, he hasnt changed much. He has been part of the Pan Galactic Float Wrestling Syndicate for several years now, making a name for himself partly through talent, but mostly through sheer brutality.

Personality:
Thannas is a bully, often going well out of his way to terrorize individuals who are vulnerable. He takes pleasure in other's pain and suffering, especially when he is the one inflicting that pain. He's always experimenting with one illict substance or another, and he turns particularly violent when he is in need of a fix.

Physical Description:
Rudy is a particularly well groomed, carmel furred Charda-Fan. He has an average build for his species, but moves with surprising grace.

Background:
Rudy discovered early in life that he had even less aptitude with machinery than others of his kind, instead, he spent his childhood obesssing over the Pan Galactic Float Wrestling Syndicate. Much of his youth has been spent learning everything he can about the sport, but his real dream has always been to be a contender. Upon reaching adulthood, he packed up his few megre belongings and set out to join the Syndicate. He isnt sure if the agent he talked to saw some potential in him, or just was an oppertunity to add a little humor to the sport, but Rudy wasnt going to pass up his golden opertunity. Since joinng the Syndicate, the other wrestlers have started jokingly calling him "Smudge," a name that the fans have embraced.

Personality:
Rudy is a surprisingly kind individual, gladly helping out those in need. He seems to take pleasure in anything to do with Float Wrestling and has an arsenal of Float Wrestling trivia at the tip of his tongue in nearly any situation. In the ring, he seems timid as if he is afraid of the much larger wrestlers. No matter how badly he is defeated, he is always looking for new ways to improve his wrestling, and even looking forward to his next match. When not talking about Float Wrestling, he often finds himself absently tinkering with whatever is at hand.

That brings up the question what skills should a wrestler have?

Something to get the crowd hyped up? Maybe Persuasion: Crowd Manipulation, or Con: Crowd Manipulation, or something alongthose lines?

Hmmm, I really hadnt thought much about their "Wrestling Names" I added a wrestling name to both, along with an extra line to Rudy Achos' back story. Let me know if you see anything else that I missed.
