Since I've finished the baseline stats for the Mechanics & Technicians, I figured its time to start another collection. The following is my current to-do list. Let me know what I'm missing so I can add it to the list!

Bounty Hunter
Bureau of Ships & Services Officer
Police Detective
Police Officer
Private Investigator
Sector Ranger
Security Personnel
SWAT
CorSec Police Officer
CorSec Detective
CorSec Starfighter Pilot
Goroth Police Trooper

Security Guard. Added.

Changed Security Personnel to Security Consultant on the list.

Body Guard. I already have a Criminal version, but it does make a lot of sense to add a legitimate version as well. Added.

Skip Tracer? You mean a Bounty Hunter that specializes in running down individuals who skip bail? Added.

Hows about something like NCIS, CSI or FBI like agents? Or maybe private security consultants/guards?

NCIS/CSI is a great idea. Added.

FBI. The Imperials already have the ISB, and the New Republic already has NRI. Is there need for similar organizations? And what would we call them?

When I added the "Security" types to the list, I saw them all as "Private" groups. I see the Consulatand and Guard as more professional veriants, where as the Patrolman is more of a mall cop. Is there a need for a wider range of stat blocks? If so, how would they be different?

Private groups could focus specificially on skill sets... Eg Mithra's demons, are great in jungle assaults (survival, tracking, sneak, and melee), while Horatio's heroes are skilled in urban assault...

So, more like mercenaries?

What would set them apart from either the Security people I already have planned or the Mercenaries that have already been done?

Ok, I've been trying to think of things to add to the to-do list all day. At this point, I think I've got a "complete" list unless someone can come up with something else to add. I've started work on the baseline stats, but its probably going to be a slow proccess from this point forward.

How about Antarian Rangers as they are a distinct group from Sector Rangers. Also would this document be the appropriate place to put Gamorrean guards? While technically an underworld group or maybe even specific to Jabba's palace they're still "security".

Antarian Rangers. They strike me as more of a military group than a Law Enforcement group. As such, they probably should have appeared in the Militias & Mercenaries collection. Since I missed them there, I will make a point of adding them to the Jedi & Sith to-do list.

Gamorrean Guards. They appear in the Criminals collection under the Hutt Crime Empire grouping. This collection is for legit security & law enforcement groups.

At present, there are 14 completed collections, all of which can be found by following the link in my signature.

I would prob put investigations at a base 4d, with crime scen to 5d, inc comp to 4d, and add in blaster (since most CSIs are required to shoot every so often).. And why give them pick pocket?

CSI. Think of this as the "Apprentice" level version of the template. Since its not directly a combat character, I'm probably only going make three versions then bump up stats by +2D instead of the usual +1D.

So, you are talking about giving the character Investigation and Investigation: Crime Scene?

Pick Pocket. I guess I've been watching too much CIS, . . . it always seems like they are doing something subtle to obtain evidence from a suspect. Should I drop it?

Blaster. I kept that low because they arent going to need it the same way that a regular law enforcement person would. This stat will see a reasonable boost in the upgrades.

Computer programming/repair. This is associated with Programming, Repairing, and Computer based security. I dont feel that it needs to be any higher for the low level version.
