I would think that a Sith or Darksider could exceed any bonuses provided by mnemiotic drugs by rolling the requisite Force powers, like Enhance Attribute, Concentration or Short-Term Memory Enhancement, so they wouldn't need to pursue that sort of chemical enhancement. Of course, some might choose that path regardless...

What can I say I have a soft spot for the mentally unbalanced villains (and the quixotic heros now I think about it) I like 'em crazy but not stupid.
Note: The link is entirely unrelated to the thread it's just a webcomic page I enjoyed and was reminded of by the word quixotic. It contains swear words.

At least one dark sider does. Her bio is quite large though so it'll be difficult to glean information from quickly.
