I've always wondered about an idea similar to that but hadn't toyed with it. Anyone game test this out?

...Too similar to the 2nd Ed R&E for my liking (WAY too much math involved). But if anyone tries this out, let us know how it proceeds.

Similar? Doesnt R&E just add dice?
