Well we are doing a campaign that would be an alternate for TFA. Instead of having the First Order, I have the Reformed Empire and the New Republic as the two major galactic powers with a League of Non Aligned Worlds and some Powerful Warlords from the Old Empire as major secondary powers. In the campaign the New Republic and Reformed Empire are in a stalemate in galactic positioning so they use hundreds of thousands of Clandestine Agents to engage in a shadow war trying to bring neutral systems and warlords to their side, as well as use espionage against each other in hopes of tipping the balance of power to their favor.
It's basically a star wars version of the cold war meets James Bond super villains, but with light sabers.
The group has been recruited to help investigate the possibility of a 'shadow fleet.' When the First Galactic Empire fell huge number of their ships, most notably stat destroyers, disappeared. The New Republic assumed they were destroyed in the resulting chaos and in fighting caused by the Emperor's death but new information has come to light that the largest heist of star ships in history had occurred in the last days of the Old Empire. Where did tens of thousands of star destroyers, hundreds of thousands of their support ships and millions of men go? Who could mastermind such a theft? What do they plan on doing with such a fleet, especially with the balance of power in such a tenuous state? Does this have anything to do with Luke Skywalker missing for the last fifteen years? It's my players job to find out. |

Hi all,
I've recently returned to GM'ing Star Wars D6 and after 8 weeks writing up my own campaign I'm having a ball!
I hail from Glasgow, Scotland, anyone in here from around these parts? |

Hey all. Latest newbie from the North of Ireland here.
Hoping to run some SWD6 for my group in the not too distant future so I'm sure I'll find some great ideas and maybe a few answers to some questions here.
Thanks to Admin for adding me to the ranks. _________________ "Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid." |

Your eyes can deceive you; don't trust them.
As an aside, it's rather ironic that Obi-wan gave this advice after deliberately deceiving Luke about his father. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. But what he told him was true, from a certain point of view.
