"My thoughts exactly," Garolf says, nodding agreement with Anala. "A recent life debt might not be given to someone who speaks the language. And it might be incintive for the Peace Brigade to hook someone up with Rownn and Tiny if we manage to infiltrate. It would be an excuse for the team to work together if we do get in as we do have members who can understand Shyriiwook."

Tiny nods.

Zinn shrugs nonchalantly. "I don't think it's necessarily an issue - the language thing, I mean, anyone could know Shirywook for a number of reasons...from a study course in school, to crewing with a Wookiee on a tramp freighter, to spending several years on Kashyyyk studying indigenous parasitic invasive species that harm Wroshyr trees. However, you're the boss, so however you wanna split us up is how it will be. We'll make it work, sir."

After a few hours of downtime and a quick meal the team gets back into a 360 degree trial. While it starts off well the team quickly realizes that Rownn is unable to deflect shots from all 4 arcs at the same time with the level of skill of the team. He is able to defend from 3 arcs at the same time, as long as Garolf is not one of the ones shooting. Garolf can reliably hit Rownn as long as he is being fired upon in at least one other arc.

So after another hour or so of practice Rownn has an Idea. He knows that if he can define to the team how his form works, and the parts that are better defended, and the parts that are less defended it would grant him an advantage in deflecting the bolts. The team would have to coordinate so Rownn was moving toward the correct arc to also increase his chances of deflecting the bolts. The information would also grant the team an advantage that few non Jedi have. They would know a weakness to this particular Kata.

Tiny pays only limited attention to the discussion of lightsaber forms and blaster fire as he will not be shooting anyone, instead he concentrates on watching what is happening around the team while they go through these exercises, trying to be aware of his surroundings while the distraction of the firefight ensues.

Takii is likewise less interested in the forms of lightsabre use than in the device itself.

During a break, he speaks to Rownn. "No previous experience working with such devices. Work on solid projectiles?"

Rownn nods to Takii, "The weapon isn't important, it's the intent of the wielder, though the actual trajectory of whatever is coming may also be sensed through the Force. If I were to parry a rock, or a bullet, however, I couldn't deflect it, it's likely to be destroyed by the blade instead."

Garolf takes and tucks away the knowledge on the kata, grateful Rownn taught it to the team. After all, it will add to there cover stories.

"Before we depart for our mission we probably should see if we can't set up a few holoprojectors or at least a few remotes if that's possible. Some sort of activity that would have to be observed. Right now it's just us firing on Rownn, not much going on. If we had a few holoprojectors running a programmed projection of beings that could appear to observe us gunning down Rownn then those projections could in return be observed by us, and particulary by our eyes."

At eyes Garolf nods to Tiny to emphasize his planned role in the gunning down of Rownn.

"However, remotes would allow for greater movement, have them moving around, dropping behind obstructions to vision then popping up perhaps somewhere else possibly unexpectedly. But both of those ideas hinge on if we have such things on this base. If not......

"If not then maybe we should have one or two of us not take shots on Rownn for a few practices and act in a similar manner to how I was describing the remotes idea."

Zinn listens quite intently to Rownn as he teaches the group about his lightsaber Form. Knowing it is possible he won't ever have the chance to undergo Jedi training, he soaks up everything Rownn has to teach, about lightsabers, the Force, or anything else relating to the Jedi.
