It's in the Forum's stat conversion for the Saga Edition Clone Wars Campaign Guide (available for download on 4shared.com) on page 27, as the Subjugator-Class Heavy Cruiser

I just got it. It seems a little weak though compared to the other ships. Especially with a hall of 6d and shields at 2d+2.

Yeah, I run into a lot of stuff in the conversions that I don't particularly agree with. It's nice to have it as a baseline though, so you can change what you want to suit your campaign.

Yeah, sometimes you just have to take stats as a suggestion and tailor them to your own taste.
